Whereas this small group class is open to almost all, (sorry pregnant people, this one isn’t suitable), this class is ideal for those returning from injury, new to Pilates or those dealing with pain. With a strong focus on modifying movements for the individual or exercising whilst managing pain. Over the 5 weeks we will use a variety of small equipment to facilitate movement and progress. Participants will need to bring their own mats, but small equipment (such as balls and bands) are provided and sanitised between use. These are taught at The Den on the Malone Road in Belfast. (On the corner of Malone Road and Eglantine Avenue, opposite Fisherwick Presbyterian Church.
